The Cornwallis room is the only training/meeting space in Kent offering cargo doors large enough to allow large machinery and equipment to access.

Located on the ground floor of the Clive Emson Conference Centre and reached through the Bearsted room, which can be used as additional space for a more flexible solution.

Built in AV facilities include a screen and data projector in addition to free high-speed Wi-Fi available to all delegates.

Adjacent to the room are ample ladies, gents and disabled toilet facilities. Hard standing car parking including designated disabled spaces is located directly outside the building.

For large events within the Clive Emson Conference Centre, organisers can hire the Cornwallis room as a syndicate or breakout space.

All rooms can be hired on an all-inclusive Day Delegate Rate or standard room hire to create a bespoke package.
